If you want to know what your home in Japan would sell for, you can now ask on moogo.jp. The valuation form takes 5 steps. Leave anything you are unsure of blank, and upload the registry extract and photos as you go.
The valuation is free and does not require a brokerage agreement. Once you have read it, whether to sell, and who sells for you, is your decision.
A home listed with moogo goes onto REINS, the listing system shared by agencies across Japan. It is also shown to buyers abroad in English, Chinese and Japanese.
Working with agencies
Real estate agencies in Japan can bring clients to moogo listings, or list the properties they represent on moogo so buyers abroad can see them too. Applications go through the partner page.
